New Delhi: Weekend curfew, meant to curb the spread of rising coronavirus cases, will come into effect across the national capital from 10 PM on Friday. The restrictions will remain in force till Monday 5 AM. Fuelled by the newly emerged Omicron variant, Covid-19 situation is deteriorating with every passing day.

In view of rising Covid-19 cases, the Delhi government of Tuesday imposed a night curfew in the national capital from 10 pm to 5 am.
The order will be imposed with immediate effect till April 30.
However, the government said, "there will be no restrictions on traffic movement during the night curfew".

Summer (April-Sept.) Winter (Oct.-March) 5.00 P.M. – 7.00 P.M. 3.30 P.M.–5.30 P.M.
